KFC Order Delivered In An Hour As Cold and With Missing Pieces
My order, which was due to arrive at 20:03, arrived at 21:10! What was it that took you so long? I was hungry! Noone shops from you because they have the time and enegry to wait, you're a food company. Plus, I specifically requested two gamer buckets, hey just included two tiny sachets of ketchup! Oh, how kind of them! Who eats a bucket of chicken with nothing but ketchup? it isn't all. Prepare for the big finale of disappointment—the two large drinks I ordered were missing. when I attempted to contact customer care, they were conveniently unavailable. I was on hold for a long time....Not to mention that the dish was delivered ice-cold. Isn't it delicious? Not! I had no choice but to eat the food. But, truly, this is not how KFC treats its customers. It's a recipe for disaster: late delivery, missing drinks, and indifferent customer service!
