FlyOne Ruined My Travel Plans With an Unexplained Flight Delay

I deeply regret choosing FlyOne for my trip. My flight scheduled for August 7 at 9:30 AM was delayed by approximately 3.5 hours without any proper explanation or timely notification being provided to passengers.
Throughout the delay, we were left waiting at the airport with very little information about what was happening. To make matters worse, passengers were instructed to move from one location to another multiple times. During this process, we were relocated three different times, creating confusion, inconvenience, and unnecessary stress.
Despite repeated attempts to obtain information, no clear or reliable updates were provided regarding the reason for the delay or the expected departure time. The lack of communication and organization significantly worsened the experience and left passengers feeling ignored.
Because of this disruption, my travel plans and vacation experience were negatively affected. The excitement and enjoyment I had planned for my trip were overshadowed by the uncertainty, frustration, and wasted time caused by the delay.
I request that FlyOne provide a detailed explanation regarding the reason for the delay and the lack of communication. I also expect the company to review its passenger communication procedures to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same inconvenience in the future. I reserve the right to submit this matter to the appropriate authorities for further review.
