KFC Missing Items And No Refunds


I ordered food from KFC using Yemeksepeti. The delivery was quick, and the food was hot, but something had to go wrong. My order called for 10 pieces of Boneless Crispy Chicken in the "10 Spicy" flavor, but they were missing. I attempted to contact Yemeksepeti's customer service, but they were unavailable. I finally got through after several attempts, but the situation remained unchanged. Nothing has been resolved after 2 hours since I placed the order. Because of the missing items, I was dissatisfied with both KFC and Yemeksepeti's service. It's infuriating when an order fails to meet expectations, especially after you've paid for it. I hope this problem is resolved quickly so that similar incidents do not occur for other customers.
