DramaWave Lost My Active Annual Subscription After I Reinstalled the App

On September 17, 2024, I purchased a one-year subscription to the DramaWave application using my Xiaomi 10 smartphone. According to the subscription information provided at the time of purchase, my membership was supposed to remain active until August 2025.

However, after resetting my phone and reinstalling the application, I logged back into my account and discovered that the system was asking me to purchase a subscription again. It appears as though my existing membership is no longer recognized, despite the fact that I already paid for a one-year subscription.

I am currently accessing my DramaWave account using the phone number 0544 *** ** 20, but I am unable to use the annual membership that should still be active. Because the system does not recognize my subscription, I cannot access or watch the content included with my paid plan.

I request that my one-year subscription be restored to my account and recognized for the period covering September 17, 2024, through August 2025, in accordance with the original purchase. I also request a full review of my account and subscription records so that I can continue using the service without being required to make an additional payment.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution and written confirmation once my subscription has been successfully restored.
