DramaWave Renewed My Subscription Before the Displayed Expiration Date

I was using a monthly subscription through DramaWave (Drama London GB). According to the information displayed in my Google Play Store subscription settings, my subscription was scheduled to expire on May 28, 2026. However, on May 27, 2026, at approximately 8:15 PM, a renewal charge of $14 was withdrawn from my bank account.

I had specifically planned to cancel my subscription on the expiration date because the Play Store clearly showed May 28 as the end of the subscription period. For this reason, I intentionally waited until the stated expiration date. However, the subscription was renewed and charged one day earlier than expected, preventing me from canceling it as planned and causing financial inconvenience.

In addition, I did not receive any warning, reminder, or notification through the application or any other communication channel advising me to cancel before the renewal date. I relied on the expiration date displayed in the Play Store and acted accordingly.

I request that this early renewal charge be canceled and that the $14 charged to my account on May 27, 2026, be fully refunded. I also request that my subscription be terminated immediately and that I receive written confirmation regarding both the cancellation and refund process.

I believe the renewal process was not presented clearly enough to allow me to make an informed decision before the charge was processed, and I ask that this matter be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
