KFC Order Delayed for 2 Hours with No Customer Support Response

I placed an order through the Pluxee app for KFC with order number KFCO5689207192, and it’s been over two hours with no delivery. I haven’t been able to reach customer service, nor any other contact point for help. This is unacceptable service—if you can’t manage orders in a timely manner, don’t offer them on multiple platforms. It’s incredibly frustrating that my payment was taken in advance, yet there’s no accountability or assistance when the order doesn’t arrive. I demand immediate information and an urgent response regarding my order.
