Complaint Regarding Deposit Not Credited By BateryBet

I made a deposit to my Baterybet account on 11 April 2026 via UPI for an amount of ₹49,999.67. The money was sent from UPI ID 8222828***@ptyes to boim-069485023573@boi, and the transaction has a UTR number 602585427809. The amount has been debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Baterybet account. When I contacted Baterybet customer support, they told me that the provider had not received the funds and that, if the amount was deducted from my bank, it would be refunded within 10 days. Despite this, the situation remains unresolved, and my balance has not been updated with this deposit. I request that this deposit be immediately credited to my Baterybet account based on the transaction details provided above, or that Baterybet urgently coordinates with the payment provider and my bank to ensure that the full amount of ₹49,999.67 is either credited to my account or refunded to my bank account without any further delay.
