Parimatch Locked By Bonus

On 19 April, I deposited 500 into my Parimatch casino account (Account ID: 571773***, username: jatin h***). After the deposit was completed, this amount was not added as a normal real balance but was instead transferred to the bonus balance and is currently displayed as “temporarily locked by bonus” which prevents me from using it in the casino games as I originally intended. Following the instructions provided in the interface, I carefully went through the steps to cancel the bonus one by one and successfully removed the bonus from my account. However, despite the bonus being removed, my 500 deposit has still not become active as a real balance and remains locked under the bonus status. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but I did not receive any effective or satisfactory solution, and the problem is still ongoing. I request that my 500 deposit be immediately released and made available as an active real balance in my Parimatch casino account so that I can use it normally, or that the reason for this blocking be clearly explained and the issue resolved as soon as possible.
