JazzCash Money Deducted But Not Received

I am facing a serious issue with the JazzCash mobile wallet app regarding a failed transaction where my balance was deducted but the receiver never received the amount. On 09/04/2026, 50,000 PKR was debited from my JazzCash wallet linked to mobile number 03290618***. The transaction did not reach the intended party, yet JazzCash is continuously responding that the payment was successful. I have already raised this with JazzCash support under Complaint ID COM5954640 and have been following up for 11 days. Despite this, I am only receiving generic replies stating that the transaction is successful, without any concrete proof or resolution. The merchant involved has officially cancelled the transaction in their system, and I have evidence to prove that the payment was rejected on their side. Since the merchant has rejected the funds, the amount should legally be reversed to my JazzCash account. However, JazzCash has neither reversed the 50,000 PKR nor provided the RRN (Retrieval Reference Number) or any settlement proof that would allow me to pursue the matter with the merchant’s provider. I request that my 50,000 PKR be immediately reversed to my JazzCash wallet, or that you urgently provide clear settlement proof, including the RRN, showing where the funds have gone. If this issue is not resolved without further delay, I will escalate the matter to the State Bank of Pakistan via the Sunwai Portal as a case of negligence in handling a disputed transaction. I expect a prompt and definitive resolution to this problem.
