91 Club Deposit Not Received

I am writing to report a serious issue with a deposit I made to 91 Club. I deposited 10,000 from my UCO Bank account through PhonePe, but the money has not been credited to my 91 Club wallet even though it has been deducted from my bank. The deposit was made on 19/04/26, and more than 24 hours have passed since then. My bank statement clearly shows that the transaction was successfully debited, but my 91 Club balance has not increased and the amount is still missing. I have contacted everyone I could reach regarding this problem. I tried to get help from the 91 Club agent, but they have not given any response. I also checked with the bank, and they confirmed that the money has been debited from my account. Despite this, there has been no update or resolution from 91 Club. I request that 91 Club urgently investigate this failed deposit, credit the 10,000 to my wallet or refund it back to my UCO Bank account, and provide a clear explanation for this issue as soon as possible.
