KFC Online Order Never Came, No Updates, Even No Apologies

I'm beyond frustrated with the order I placed at 11:47. It's 1:30, and still no sign of it. I tried reaching customer service, and waited 22 minutes, only to be told they'd get back to me after talking to the branch. Surprise, surprise, no return call. There's no solution, no one to talk to. It's such a shame; I doubt I'll ever consider ordering from here again. My guess is my order won't show up, and I won't get any response because, according to them, it's already delivered – in the 45-minute delivery window, of course.
