KFC Charged Me For an Order They Never Delivered

I had a negative experience with KFC. I placed a "pick-up" order, and they charged my credit card 176 liras. When I arrived at the cash register to pick up my order, they informed me that they had no record of it. I was certain that they had deducted money from my card, but I couldn't receive the order that I had purchased for my children. I had to make a second payment for the same order. I contacted customer service right away, and they assured me that I would receive a refund, but I have yet to receive it since March 21st. It's unjust that they took my money but did not provide the service I paid for. This is a clear act of injustice. I was embarrassed in front of my children, and I also lost time as a result of this problem. I demand an immediate refund. Shame on you.
