Ketogo Unauthorized Charges After Initial Payment – Refund Request
On 20 September I started using the diet list service offered via Ketogo.app. After my first payment of ₺900, more than ₺5,000 in additional withdrawals were made from my account through K-NUTRA.COM without my knowledge and consent, in four different transactions. These withdrawals were made from my Garanti Bank account. I cannot reach the company in any way, so I submitted an objection petition to my bank regarding these unauthorized transactions. Despite this, I have not yet received a clear resolution. I request that the total amount withdrawn from my account without my knowledge be fully refunded and that no further unauthorized transactions be made on my card or account.
