Kenwood Customer Service Irresponsibility

On June 17, 2023, we ordered the Kenwood HFP70.000BK Dual Air Fryer bk Copper via Kenwood Turkey's website under order number TS17062740. Along with it, we were supposed to receive a free Rösle Basic Line Vegetable Knife Stainless Steel 9 cm - 13715, which did not arrive. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to contact customer service. We were assured, as a corporate entity, that if we filed a complaint, they would promptly resolve the issue. However, even after a month, no response was received, whether by phone or email. The fact that we are having difficulty contacting customer service now raises concerns about potential future issues with the product. As we consider what steps to take next, our curiosity has turned to anxiety.
