Arcelik Has Not Delivered The Refrigerator I Ordered For 14 Days!

The refrigerator order number 104353088, which I placed on arcelik.com.tr on 04.12.2023, has still not arrived. I called customer service before and stated that my need was urgent. Although they said they would deliver it within 2-10 business days but would notify me to expedite it, it has not arrived for two weeks. Moreover, when I called to find out the status of my order on 14.12.2023, they said they would call back, but no one called. My order still shows "Preparing". We chose Arçelik because it is a big company, we thought they would send it quickly, but unfortunately Arçelik does not act like a big company. Let alone sending the order quickly, it does not even send it within the 10 business days it promises. Arçelik is not the old Arçelik, I recommend you to order knowing this. I want the status of my product to be notified to me and sent immediately!

Yes, they called on Monday, and I was told that they would find out why you hadn't been contacted and why your product hadn't been shipped, and then get back to me. They got back to me on Wednesday, and the only information I was given was that your product would be "dispatched" within the day. When I asked why it hadn't been dispatched until now, I received the response, "I don't know, this is the information I was given." I don't know whether to be angry at the lack of seriousness in the conversation or the inconvenience of not having a refrigerator for 15 days! They are literally mocking the customer; at the very least, they could apologize! Arçelik has turned into such an unserious, such a disrespectful company! Until now, I was buying both my own and my mother's household appliances from Arçelik, but after today, I won't let Arçelik products into my house, and I won't recommend them to anyone!
