Kcex Liquidated My Voxel Trade at False Price and Erased My Balance
I'm very disappointed and angry with Kcex. Using my account (ID: 34246614), I had a ₺26,000 balance and opened both short (135,000 units) and long (110,000 units) positions in the Voxel coin on futures. My liquidation price was around 0.45, yet on April 20, 2025, at 05:54, Kcex liquidated my position at a shocking 0.1609—far below any logical level. As a result, all my positions were wiped out, and my entire account balance went to zero.
When I contacted customer service multiple times, they gave me inconsistent and irrational explanations. First, they admitted there was an error and promised compensation. Then, they changed their story, claiming Voxel was delisted and relisted—something that was never officially announced on their platform. When I pointed that out, they sent me a broken link and insisted that the announcement was there. That link had no relation to the exchange and clearly led to an invalid page.
