KCEX Withholding My 1,472 USDT Under Extended Review
My account on the KCEX exchange was locked without any reasonable explanation, and I am unable to withdraw the 1,472 USDT balance in my account. On January 11, 2026, while trying to withdraw funds to my Paribu account, my account was suddenly fully restricted. At this point, I can neither trade nor withdraw funds.
The support team requested my identity documents, and after submitting them, I was told there would be a 5-day review period. Today, however, I see that this period has been extended to 30 days. The continuous extension of the review period without any clear explanation, while my funds remain blocked, is causing me serious financial hardship.
I am requesting that the 1,472 USDT balance in my account be released immediately without any additional waiting period, and that all restrictions be removed so I can complete my withdrawal smoothly.
