Karcher VC 7 Came with a Dented Metal Tube, No Help Yet
recently received my order and was excited to try out my new product. However, upon opening the box yesterday, there's a noticeable dent on the metal tube. to be honest, it was shocking as I've always had positive experiences with KARCHER products in terms of quality and performance. to address the problem, promptly reached out to KARCHER Turkey, detailing the situation. Regrettably, I have yet to receive any response from their team. why, no idea. Why they ghost a customer like this is beyond my understanding.
