Karcher SC3 Steam Cleaner Stopped Producing Steam After Limited Use
I purchased the Karcher SC3 steam cleaner approximately one year ago from the Vatan Bilgisayar Neomarin AVM branch. Since the day I bought the product, the steam output was never at a normal level. It always produced weak and inconsistent steam, but at first I assumed this was normal and did not pay much attention to it.
More than five months ago, I noticed that the steam performance had decreased even further. I replaced the filter, and after that the machine continued working at a low level for only about one more month before it completely stopped producing steam. For approximately the last two months, the device has not produced any steam at all.
Today, I took the product to the authorized service center, where I was informed that this issue is considered a chronic problem with the Karcher SC3 model. Even though I used the product very carefully and only occasionally, I am extremely disappointed that it developed such a serious malfunction in what should be considered a relatively short period of time after purchase.
Because this issue was described as a common chronic defect, I no longer feel confident that I can continue using this device reliably. For this reason, I am requesting not only a repair but, if possible, a replacement with a higher model product. I am willing to pay the price difference if necessary.
I kindly ask that my complaint be taken seriously and that my customer grievance be resolved properly.
