Under Warranty Product But Still No Solution
I purchased a Karaca Coffee Art 1101 Espresso Machine from the Karaca online site with invoice number KF02024001900169 (ETTN: 419C6BE4-8F02-1EDF-ABE2-D3D9A83912B9). The invoice date is 30.11.2024 and the product is under warranty until 30.11.2026. Since June 2026, the machine has had a constant pressure problem and cannot pull espresso properly. This issue occurs in every single use and the product cannot perform its basic function. Because of this, I contacted Karaca customer service three times and sent the machine to service three separate times. Each time I was told that the product had been checked, but the same problem continues exactly as before and there has been no real solution. Despite repeated service attempts, I still cannot use the machine properly.
