Karaca Coffee Machine Does Not Make Enough Coffee as Promised

I bought the Karaca coffee machine, but I’ve been disappointed with it from the very start. It was promoted as capable of brewing coffee for 6 people, yet it barely manages to make enough for 3. I frequently find myself needing to press the button multiple times and wait by the machine to ensure it functions correctly. Even though it's still under warranty for two years, I've encountered these problems in just the first year of using it. I truly regret my decision to choose this product and feel disappointed by its performance in relation to what was promised. I would like to request a complete refund, as this machine has failed to meet my expectations and has not fulfilled its intended purpose.
