Delivery Delays and Frustration with Hepsiburada and Sürat Kargo
I purchased an item from Hepsiburada, and it’s been impossible to get it delivered to me by Sürat Kargo. I’ve called the courier service, but there’s no response. I’ve also contacted Hepsiburada, but still no answer. I’m constantly calling back and forth like a mad person. I paid for this product, so why isn't it being delivered? Why do I have to wait for your 3-day investigation? It’s already been 3 days; what are you investigating? Should I contact Müge Anlı? She would find my package and get it delivered right away! Hepsiburada keeps apologizing for the delay, but enough with the apologies; actions speak louder than words. My nerves are completely shattered. The package is at Fıstıkağacı, and I’m in Üsküdar center. The courier even attempts a delivery, says 8 minutes, and probably picks it up from the branch, then just drives around and brings the package back. Please deliver my package without making me go through more hassle!
