Defective Karaca Tea Maker Failed After 3 Repairs — Requesting Full Refund
I purchased a Karaca Çaysever 3-in-1 talking glass tea maker (invoice number: EAB2025000000494) from Trendyol, and for the past 4–5 months, I have been continuously experiencing a heating failure with this product.
The product has been sent to authorized service three times. Each time, it was allegedly repaired and returned to me; however, it failed again during the very first use after each repair. Despite the recurring malfunction and the fact that the same issue reappears immediately after service, I have not been provided with any effective support or a lasting solution.
I shared this problem with both the service center and customer support, but I did not receive satisfactory assistance, nor was any permanent solution offered. Since the product has been repaired multiple times and the same heating defect continues to occur on first use every time, I no longer want this tea maker to be repaired.
I respectfully request that the product be taken back and that my payment be fully refunded. If my issue is not resolved this time, I will initiate legal proceedings regarding this matter.
