Kappa Return Code Problem Prevented My Refund Request

I ordered a Kappa branded tank top in size Large, and the product arrived yesterday. However, the item turned out to be too small for me. When I tried to request either an exchange or a refund, the entire process became a complete disappointment.

Even though my order number is 2225336, I have been completely unable to obtain a return code. I called multiple times, but nobody answers the phone, and I cannot reach the company through any communication channel. I trusted the brand because of the heavy promotion and advertising associated with Kappa, but the experience I have had has left me seriously frustrated and disappointed as a customer.

After researching the issue online, I also discovered that many other customers experienced similar problems specifically regarding return codes and refund processes. It should not be this difficult to obtain a return code or request a refund for a product that does not fit properly.

Since the product is too small for me, my primary request is a full refund. If that is not possible, I request a size exchange instead. If I do not receive a response regarding my refund or exchange request as soon as possible, I will file complaints with all relevant authorities, including CİMER, due to the inconvenience and customer dissatisfaction I have experienced.
