Kappa Return Code Has Not Been Generated for Nearly One Month

I placed an online order with Kappa under order number K119152505 and paid approximately $58 for three products included in the purchase. I want to return this order, but for nearly one month I have been unable to obtain a return code.

Despite trying multiple times through the online system, no return code was ever generated. I also attempted to get support through email, but I never received any response. In addition, the company’s phone lines are completely unreachable. I have been unable to find any representative through either online channels or telephone support.

I request that a valid return code for my order be created immediately so that my return process can finally begin. This unresolved issue has been ongoing for far too long, and I ask for the matter to be handled urgently and for me to receive a clear response as soon as possible.
