In Kabam’s Marvel Contest of Champions game, I spent approximately $1,000 USD during the Banquet Event. Even though I purchased and opened banquet crystals for the event, my event score is stuck at 4,200 and does not increase any further.
I have been experiencing this issue for about one week, and despite the significant amount of money I spent, I am unable to make any progress. Because I am not receiving the in-game rewards or progress corresponding to my purchases, I feel financially and emotionally disadvantaged.
I request that all of my purchases made during the Banquet Event be correctly reflected in my event points. If my points cannot be corrected, I demand a refund of the approximately $1,000 USD I paid.
