Marvel Contest of Champions Permanently Bans My Account Without Proof

My account registered under the email address c****@gmail.com** in Marvel Contest of Champions was permanently banned on June 6, 2025. The stated reason for the ban was the alleged use of third-party software, but this is absolutely not true. I contacted Kabam customer support by email regarding the issue, and they responded by stating that I was banned for using third-party software.

I have invested a significant amount of time and effort into the game, and I have also made real-money purchases from time to time. I have never used any cheats or illegal software in any way. I do not accept that all of my effort and spending have been unfairly erased like this.

I want my account to be reinstated so that my efforts are not wasted, and I request that this matter be thoroughly reviewed and that the ban be lifted.
