In Marvel Contest of Champions, my account with the username MR SEDAT10 was banned for one week today without any explanation. I have been actively playing this game for about four years and have made many in-game purchases. My access was blocked during an emergency maintenance period in the middle of gameplay. While I was playing the newly released monthly quest, the game crashed, and I believe I was unfairly banned due to a system-related issue on your end. I received no explanation on-screen or by email, only a notification stating that I was suspended for one week.
