Please Help Me Change My Meal - JustFly

I booked a flight through Justfly under the name Bernadette W***, reservation number 293 102 981, for travel on July 21. I am simply trying to add a vegetarian meal to this flight, but I have been kept on hold with Justfly customer service for 46 minutes and still have not been able to reach a live person. When I contacted the airline directly, they informed me that I needed to make this change through the agency I booked with, which is Justfly. However, despite following this instruction and calling Justfly, I am still on hold and unable to get any assistance to add a basic meal request to my booking. I request that Justfly urgently process my vegetarian meal request for my July 21 flight and review their customer service response times. I expect a prompt confirmation that my meal preference has been added to my reservation without any additional charges or further delays.
