OmeTV Age Restriction Error Despite Being 31, Request to Remove Block

I am writing to report a problem with my OmeTV account. I am 31 years old, but the app keeps blocking my access with an age restriction message saying that my birth date does not meet the requirement for using the service. I use OmeTV on Android phones (Huawei P30 and Google Pixel 3 XL), and I sign in with the email address maymore***@gmail.com. Even though I am clearly over 18, the system treats me as if I were underage and will not let me use the application. I request that my account be checked and that my correct age be recognized in the system so that the block or ban is removed. I would like my account to be reactivated or reset so I can continue using OmeTV without this incorrect age restriction.
