JustFly Website Is Not Safe To Use

I purchased a flight ticket from the JustFly website, totaling $1000. Additionally, I bought insurance to protect my ticket in case of any possible plan changes. When I faced an emergency and needed to cancel my flight, I called customer service through the website. A representative named Alice Mir*** demanded an extra $168, assuring me I wouldn't lose my money, and issued E-credit vouchers. Reluctantly, I paid the amount and rescheduled my flight. However, the next day, upon checking my reservation status, I discovered no changes had been made, but the fee had been deducted from my credit card. JustFly customer service denied making such a call or charging the fee. I was clearly scammed. It seems the scammers obtained my flight information and contact number from the JustFly website. There are already numerous complaints about this issue. I demand compensation for my losses.
