JustFly Customer Service Attempted To Overcharge For Flight Reschedule

On February 4, 2024, I purchased a United Airlines trip from Paris (PAR) to New York (NYC) for February 14, 2024, via JustFly. However, two days later, a sudden change in my work schedule forced me to postpone the journey for four days. When I phoned customer service to seek the change, they demanded a $235 cost. I just requested a four-day postponement, but the cost they demanded was outrageous. Furthermore, I had purchased a protection plan for such circumstances. Their company policy appears to be meant to mislead clients and levy unreasonable expenses. I strongly warn against using this airline. Other websites provide better flight bargains for the same price.
