I made a flight booking through Justfly and recently needed to cancel this reservation. No matter how many times I call, I cannot reach a real person or any functioning support line. It is unacceptable that a company working at this scale, and listed alongside platforms like Booking.com, does not offer a working helpline when customers urgently need help with cancellations and refunds. When there is an issue with a flight booking and time is critical, having no way to speak with a representative creates serious stress and frustration. I request that Justfly provide a working customer service phone number where I can reach a real person regarding my flight booking cancellation and any related refund process, and that they improve their customer support so that other customers do not face the same problem.
