JustFly Provided Incomplete Refund, Charged Hidden Fee

On December 27, 2023, I had to cancel my MUC Munich, Germany to SFO San Francisco, CA flight due to a traffic accident. As usual, I had purchased a protection plan for this flight. During my conversation with a customer representative, I was told there would be a small deduction and the rest of the amount would be refunded to my credit card promptly. However, despite having a protection plan, they deducted $329 from the $849 total. If I had known there would be such a high deduction, I would never have purchased the protection plan. The website is truly misleading, adding numerous hidden fees to all transactions. I will never buy flight tickets from this company again.
