Justdone AI Charged Me but Did Not Activate My Subscription

I purchased a weekly plan from Justdone AI today, around 12:30–13:00, using my Visa credit card and the email address rufatovanas***@gmail.com, and I was charged approximately 2 USD. However, despite the successful payment, the service still does not work correctly, and it keeps behaving as if I have not paid, so I cannot use the features I paid for. I request that my payment be checked based on my email address and that my weekly subscription be activated immediately, or that my 2 USD payment be refunded if the problem cannot be resolved. I expect this issue to be handled as soon as possible.
