I Paid for a $10 MidJourney Subscription, but My Account Isn’t Activated
I purchased a $10 MidJourney subscription, and the payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account. However, despite being charged, my subscription doesn’t appear on my account, and I’m unable to use the service. This is incredibly frustrating as I paid in good faith, yet the service I was promised isn’t being delivered.
I have no clear way to resolve this issue or contact proper support, which adds to my disappointment. MidJourney, I demand immediate action to either activate my subscription or provide a full refund. Customers should not have to go through this hassle to access a service they’ve already paid for. Please resolve this issue promptly and improve your support system.
