On November 6, 2025, 200₺ was withdrawn from my bank account through the website Justanswer.com without my knowledge or authorization. I noticed the deduction only after checking my bank statement, which clearly shows the transaction. I did not make this payment and would like to file a complaint regarding this issue. I request that the withdrawn amount of 200₺ be refunded to me and that the necessary actions be taken.
