I Face Recurring JustAnswer Medico Charges I Never Authorized and Request a Full Refund

I used the JustAnswer Medico service for a medical consultation by chat in September, and I was charged twice on my card in dollars for that single consultation. In one month, they charged 23.62 USD, and in another month, 21.07 USD, even though I only made one consultation. I wrote several emails to JustAnswer to report the double charges and ask for a solution, but I never received any response or explanation from the company. I consider it unacceptable that they continue to charge and do not answer my messages. I request a full refund of both payments (23.62 USD and 21.07 USD) and, if a membership or subscription has been created in my name, I ask that it be cancelled immediately, as I never authorized any recurring charge or subscription. I expect a prompt refund of the amounts charged without my consent and a written confirmation that any membership or subscription linked to my account has been cancelled.
