JustAnswer Trial Membership Scam- Charged Despite Cancellation
I signed up for the JustAnswer trial offer after seeing their ads, but I received subpar answers. However, I was disappointed to find that the answers I received were not up to par. After I realized this, I tried to cancel within a week to avoid any charges. Even though I tried my best, they went ahead and billed my credit card $60 for membership fees even after I had canceled. I attempted to address the problem with customer service, but unfortunately, my efforts were unsuccessful. The online chat service offered me pre-written responses and abruptly terminated the chat. At the moment, I'm facing some difficulties with canceling my membership and, if it's feasible, I would appreciate a refund of $60. Contacting customer service seems incredibly difficult.
