I initiated a currency transfer for an import payment abroad, something I’ve done many times before without any issues. However, this time, the funds are stuck with the intermediary bank, JP Morgan, and no explanation has been provided. I’ve reached out for clarification but have yet to receive any updates or solutions. This delay is highly frustrating, as it impacts my business transactions and creates unnecessary stress. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and successfully resolved it? I’m urgently seeking assistance from JP Morgan to resolve this matter and ensure smoother transactions in the future.
