I sent money via SWIFT transfer to my JP Morgan Chase account from abroad, but the funds were not credited to my account for 13 days. After waiting with no updates, I requested a refund, only to have $100 deducted as a fee. Despite this frustration, I tried sending the money again, but after three days, the funds still haven’t been credited to my account.
This experience has been deeply disappointing and unacceptable for such a reputable bank. I demand an immediate resolution and the return of my funds without further delay. This will be my first and last time using JP Morgan Chase for international transfers. Such inefficiency and lack of accountability are unacceptable.
