Where's My Vivense Refund? Company Ignores Inquiries After Promised Payment Date!

Hello there, I sent back an item to Vivense more than a month ago. They confirmed receiving the return and assured me that I would get a refund within 14 business days. However, it has been longer than the promised period and I still haven't received my payment. Even after completing the form on their website and providing a detailed explanation, I have yet to receive any response. It's quite surprising that a company of this size lacks a dedicated representative to address these concerns. I kindly request a prompt refund of my money.
