Jobseeker Charged €18.04 After €1 CV Payment – Refund Requested

I used Jobseeker in June to create my CV and at that time I paid 1 euro for this service. I was not aware of any ongoing subscription or additional charges beyond this one-time payment. On 22 July, 18.04 euros were deducted from my account by Jobseeker without my clear knowledge or consent for such a payment. I did not intend to subscribe to a recurring service and I did not approve this extra charge. I request that the 18.04 euros taken from my account be fully refunded and that any possible subscription or recurring payment related to my CV on Jobseeker be cancelled so that no further amounts are deducted from my account.
