Joobseeker One-Time CV Payment Turned Into Unauthorized Recurring Subscription

11

I created a paid CV on the Joobseeker website and made a one-time payment for this service. After this payment, without my explicit approval or clear information, Joobseeker started to withdraw money from my account regularly under the name of a subscription. I did not consent to any automatic or recurring subscription, and I was not clearly informed that such a commitment existed. Starting from September, a total of 4 separate withdrawals have been made from my account, every three months, on the 2nd day of the relevant month. In total, 2,688 TL has been withdrawn from my account in this way. I noticed these withdrawals by checking my bank statement and took screenshots from the statement as evidence. Joobseeker appears to be a foreign-based company and there is no phone number I can call directly. There is only a contact form on the site. I reached out via this form, but I could not find a clear solution and I still do not have an accessible customer service contact. I request that all amounts of 2,688 TL, which have been withdrawn from my account without my approval under the name of a subscription, be fully refunded. In addition, I demand the immediate cancellation of any subscription or automatic payment instruction associated with my account so that such unauthorized withdrawals do not occur again.
