Regarding Unnecessary Payments And To Cancel Jobseeker Subscription

I have been experiencing unexpected charges from Jobsseeker for some time now, and the most recent one was taken today around 6 a.m. A total of around 40 euros has been withdrawn from my BOV account without my clear consent or awareness that these payments would continue. I only recently realized that these withdrawals were linked to a Jobsseeker subscription, and I have now contacted your support about this situation. I do not think it is fair that these charges were taken, as I was not clearly informed or did not intend to maintain a paid subscription in this way. With this complaint, I am requesting that my subscription be completely cancelled, that you immediately stop any further payments from my BOV account, and that you refund the approximately 40 euros that have already been taken. I am also attaching screenshots and/or bank statements showing these unexpected charges. I ask you to send me written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and no additional money will be charged in the future.
