iData Visa Application Delay - Passport Not Returned Before Travel

On 8 April, I submitted my Germany visa application through the iData Altunizade branch for a trip scheduled on 1 May. Despite the rapidly approaching travel date, I still have not received my passport. I contacted iData by phone to ask about the status of my application and passport, but I was told that nothing could be done. This response has left me in a very difficult situation, as my travel date is very close and I have no clear information about whether I will receive my passport in time. I request that my application and passport be processed urgently and prioritized so that I can receive my passport before my trip on 1 May or at least be clearly informed immediately about the exact status and timing.
