Dear Peugeot Customer Service, I am the owner of a 2021 model Peugeot 2008 EAT 1.2 130 HP vehicle. For more than two years, I have been experiencing intermittent idling fluctuations when the vehicle is stationary in traffic. Despite taking my vehicle multiple times to Ankara ABC Otomotive authorized service center due to this issue, no solution has been provided. Each time, I have been told, "the issue you described could not be detected in your vehicle." I explained that the issue does not occur all the time, but only occasionally. I even showed them a video clearly demonstrating the problem. However, despite presenting this video, I received no progress or resolution. When I reported this to Peugeot Turkey, I was contacted and advised to bring the vehicle back to the service center. I was also assured that they would follow up on the issue. Trusting their interest and recommendations, I brought the vehicle once again to ABC Otomotive. As usual, I was informed that the issue I described could not be identified. A few days later, Peugeot Turkey called me again and repeated the same response — that the problem could not be detected. When I asked them how their response differed from the service center’s, and whether they had any suggestions or directions for further action, they continued to repeat the same statements without offering any real support. Just a few days after collecting my vehicle from the service, I encountered the same problem again and recorded another video.
