Skechers D’lites Shoes Cracked And Torn Within One Year - Refund Requested



I purchased the Skechers D’lites Fresh Start model through the Skechers mobile app in 2024, and the product was delivered to the İzmir Westpark store. My invoice was issued under the number w0520*********93. I used the shoes only under normal, everyday city conditions. Less than a year after purchase, the leather upper of the shoes began to peel and crack, and shortly afterward tearing occurred at the point where the upper meets the sole. As a result, the shoes became excessively worn and unusable within a very short time, and I have not been able to use them for several months. For a product on which I paid over $160 in 2024, I do not find this level of quality acceptable. I requested a return for the product, but I did not receive any response. I kindly request that the price I paid be fully refunded and expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
