BDG Win Paytm Deposit Not Credited

I deposited ₹5,000 into my BDG Win account on 25 April at around 10:46 am using Paytm via Super QR. The money was successfully deducted from my Paytm account and sent to a merchant account, but it has still not been credited to my BDG Win game ID 14630***. The UTR/payment reference number for this transaction is 611526791638. Despite the payment being successful on my side, my BDG Win balance has not been updated. I contacted support and was only told to wait, but on other platforms such payment issues are usually settled quickly, so this delay is causing me concern. I request that my payment be checked using the UTR number 611526791638 and that the ₹5,000 be credited to my BDG Win ID as soon as possible, or the full amount be refunded back to my original payment method.
