Help Me Save My eFootball Account Please

I am writing to report that my eFootball account on mobile, linked to my Google Play profile, has been taken over by someone else. Two days ago, the email address on my account, which was previously registered as “kleinsmitd***@gmail.com”, and the password were changed without my permission, and I can no longer access the account. The in‑game username of the account is “Mrlookatme”. I have spent money on this account, including purchases such as the R12 Silvester, and I am very concerned that someone else is now using and benefiting from an account that I paid for. I have not yet been able to resolve this problem through any other channel. I kindly request that my original eFootball account be recovered and returned to me, that the unauthorized user currently accessing it be blocked, and that any suspicious or fraudulent activity on the account be investigated. I also ask that the purchases I made on this account continue to be associated with me once access is restored.
